How Do I Make A Purchase On A-BACI?
Shopping at A-BACI is easy. Before you start shopping, we recommend that you register on A-BACI, you will be able to place an order. Should you have any problem with placing an order, you could reach out to our Customer Service. We are more than happy to assist you.
How To Find Products?
At A-BACI you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products, designers, departments and our edits. If you know what you are looking for, simply just use the search box at the top right of the page.
How To Order and Pay?
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size and quantity, then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout. Our check our process is quick and straightforward. No matter how many items you have in your cart, you only need to check out once. We ship worldwide in selected counties. Please choose your shipping destination, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit card, as well as PayPal. Once you have placed your order, you will received an e-mail acknowledgment before we initiate our validation process. Your order will be shipped directly from A-BACI to you.
What Payment Methods Does A-BACI Accept? Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card at A-BACI?
A-BCAI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Some cards may require authorisation from the issuing bank. We take security very seriously and our payment process uses the most advanced coding methods.
Which Currency Can I Buy In?
The currency will be set in USD. However, if you do not wish to pay in USD, simply just select the currency on the top of the page you would like to buy in.
How Do I Know Which Items Are In Stock? And How To Reserve It?
“Out Of Stock” will be shown in production description, you can always Pre-Order the item you want if it’s out of stock. However, putting an item in your shopping bag does not reserve it for you until you’ve received an confirmation email of your order.
Will New Brands Be Added To The Website?
We are always on the lookout for new brands or products to add to A-BACI. We will update our website and social media platform once there are new brands or products added. Please kindly follow our Facebook and Instagram for the most updated information.
Will My Personal Information Be Kept Private?
We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give our any of your information without your authorisation.
How Will I Know My Order Has Been Accepted?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will only be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified, you will also received an confirmation e-mail after your order has been dispatched.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the brand. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it (Except accessories). For further information, please refer to our cancellations FAQs.
When Will I Be Charged?
If you paid by PayPal, the payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can’t use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.
How Much Will I Be Charged For Shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. All shipments are processed by DHL Express or FedEx, or A-BACI’s partner carriers. For a shipping cost. it could be carried out at the bottom page of My Cart. From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates that will not be reflected in the table in the page of My Cart. For details on these rates, please refer to the promotional banners, social media platforms and newsletters.
Will There Be Additional Duties Or Taxes Payable On My Purchase?
Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of import duties on orders if your order is sending to a DDU country (taxes and duties collected by local customs and courier), import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. Please Contact Us for more information.
How Do I Track The Delivery Of My Order?
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order with a tracking number provided. You can also check the status in the My Account section.
My Order Takes Longer Than It Should Be, What Should I Do?
If your order includes any additional customisation, it may take longer to be delivered to you. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you.
Why Don't you have The Item I Want?
We offer an unrivalled range of designer products, which means that the quantities of each piece are very limited. We keep our website stock synchronised with the boutiques so if an item is available online it should be in stock at the store. However, if an item is sold in store and online simultaneously, our stock information may be temporarily inaccurate.
How Can I Expect To Receive The Goods?
All orders will be delivered in A-BACI packaging, which will protect your items and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
Do You Ship To My Country?
We ship worldwide by using different couriers. However, to make sure we do ship to your country, please kindly go to My Cart and check the list at the bottom of the page.
Do You Ship To More Than Once Address In A Single Order?
We can ship one order to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us ASAP. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country once the order has been dispatched.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service you have selected. Please note that the item(s) which are made to order or required any customisation would take longer than usual. Please refer to our shipping section or Contact Us for more information if you couldn’t find the solution to that.
Do You Deliver To PO Boxes?
At this moment we do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.
Can I Return My Order?
You can return your order only if it must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included with no later than 7 Days after your delivery day. However, we do not offer a free collection service, so you will have to arrange a return within 7 Days of receiving your order at the Contact Us page. Please make sure your items are not in the Non-refundable item list (Click here to find out more).
I Returned An Item. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return has been received by the A-BACI and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

Will Custom Duties, Sales Tax Or VAT Be Refunded On A Return?
If you are a customer in the European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Switzerland, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, you will be refunded the cost of your order including any sales tax and import duties that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shipping cost.
All other customers will be refunded the cost of your order including any VAT or sales tax that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shopping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. However, we’re not responsible to the Custom Duties, Sales Tax or VAT that are charged by other parties than A-BACI. You may need to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Can I Exchange My Item?
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the returned item according to our returns policy. However, please make sure your items are not in the Non-refundable item list.
