After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
Due to international trading agreements and custom regulations, shipping restrictions are applied to some brands and products which contain liquid.
Regrettably, we will not be able to deliver at a limited number of restricted and out-lying locations. Hong Kong Delivery Times and Costs
FREE delivery within Hong Kong area – Standard delivery orders take 3-7 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Please note that since there are selected brands and items which are sourced externally and are custom made by our suppliers, customised items have an approximate 1 week lead time before they are ready to be shipped to you, payment will be taken shortly after you submit your order. Nevertheless, we will try our best to deliver your items as soon as possible.
International Delivery Time and Costs

Standard international delivery orders take 7-14 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Please note that since there are selected brands and items which are sourced externally and are custom made by our suppliers, it may take a longer time to reach you. Nevertheless, we will try our best to deliver your items as soon as possible.
Tax And Import Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your selected shipping destination.
For shipments to Delivery Duty Unpaid countries, you will be responsible for the required import duties, customs and local sales’ taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs.
Return, Refund and Exchange
You can return or exchange your order only if it must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included with no later than 7 Days of receipt.
Excluded items such as all earrings items, custom made items and engraved items.
Exchange request orders is only available on size exchange
However, we do not offer a free collection service, so you will have to arrange a return within 7 Days of receiving your order at the Contact Us page. Please make sure your items are not in the Non-refundable item list (Click here to find out more).

Due to the nature of personalised items, returns, changes or cancellations are only possible at the discretion of A-BACI and the relevant partner, unless the customised items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
For any return or cancellation requests, A-BACI reserves the right to offer a store credit for the relevant partner rather than a monetary refund, on a case by case basis. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are able to exchange the same style for a different size for free, providing the new item is available from the A-BACI partner you originally ordered from, you will need to return the original item before we can send you the exchange item. However, please make sure your items are not in the Non-refundable item list. If the replacement is unavailable, you will need to return the unsuitable item for a refund and then place a new order.
It is our aim that every item arrives to you in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
I Returned An Item. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return has been received by the A-BACI and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
My Order Was Cancelled. When Will I Receive A Refund?
If a cancellation is made before the order is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method, depending on whether we already took payment from your account or not.
If you paid by PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.
If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can’t use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.
When Will My Refund Or Cancellation Value Be In My Account To Spend Again?
We aim to process refunds and cancellations as swiftly as possible, and will keep you up to date by e-mail. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Will Custom Duties, Sales Tax Or VAT Be Refunded On A Return?
If you are a customer in the European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Switzerland, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, you will be refunded the cost of your order including any sales tax and import duties that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shipping cost.
All other customers will be refunded the cost of your order including any VAT or sales tax that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shopping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. However, we’re not responsible to the Custom Duties, Sales Tax or VAT that are charged by other parties than A-BACI. You may need to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
